I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

A great time saver and gives downloaded documents a consistent and better appearance. The Guide is easy to follow, clear and well organized. Guide is well organized and very helpful. I am using PDFfiler more than I thought I would.

Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

Convenient, Easy, and Potentially Free!
I edit a lot (A LOT) of PDF documents. I love that I can edit, fill, sign from anywhere - on the go, on my phone, in the car, in the hotel. I can get it done and quickly. One of my most used tools hands down.
I would like to see the website redesigned to be slightly more user friendly.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in...
I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)

How do I link my paper application to my online account?
Apply in person or by mail. Create your online account. Link your application to your account. Get updates and messages about your application online.
How do I link my paper application to my Hockey account?
Follow the steps to sign in to your online account or create a new one. In your account, under What would you like to do today?, click on Link application to this account Enter the information exactly as you did you on your original application.
How do I use my Hockey account?
To register for a Hockey, go to the sign-in page and click the Continue to Hockey button. Then, choose a username and a password. It'll ask you to create security questions. Keep a copy of this in a safe place in case you forget.
How do I access my CIC account?
sign in to your account. Scroll down to the section View my submitted applications or profiles click on the Check status and messages button in the last column.
How do I link my PR card to an application?
Login into your CIC account as you usually do. Reach the page where you click “Check full application status” to view your application and messages. But do not click on that rather click on Add (link) your application to your account” Select the “Category” from the dropdown as “Permanent Resident Card”
How do I recover my Hockey?
Go to the sign-in page for Hockey, and you'll be able to create a new password after you answer the password recovery questions you previously set up while registering for a Hockey. If you lost your Hockey username, you will have to create a new Hockey.
Where can I find my application number CIC?
You will find this number in the remarks. Section on the bottom right of the Record of Landing document issued to you by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office or by the visa office where you submitted your application.
How do I track my CIC application?
Under Type of application, select Electronic Travel Authorization. Then select Case Specific Inquiries. Provide as many details as possible.
