Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

Learning to create forms is much harder than expected.

I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller

The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

An Efficient Time Saver
It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document.
However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.
