What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

"Only One Solution for All Your Needs Regarding PDF Processing!!" I've had a good overall experience with pdfFiller.I would advise other professionals in our sector who deal with several forms to engage with clients. This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance. Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.

Great PDF Filler! We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless. PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are: -Being able to convert a file into a PDF -Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF -Creating PDF online. There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great. Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but... It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.

The physician must document the total time spent providing critical care in the patient's record. In order to charge for critical care services, the physician must document at least 30 minutes of critical care. If less than 30 minutes are provided, coders should report the appropriate E/M codes.
To bill critical care time, emergency physicians must spend 30 minutes or longer on patient care. Used to report the additive total of the first 30-74 minutes of critical care performed on a given date. Critical care time totaling less than 30 minutes is reported using the appropriate E/M code.
CPT code 99291: Critical care, evaluation and management of the critically ill or critically injured patient. First 3074 minutes. CPT code +99292: Critical care, evaluation and management of the critically ill or critically injured patient. Each additional 30 minutes.
In other words, time spent performing these procedures should not be included in the total critical care time reported. Examples of common procedures that may be reported separately for a critically ill or injured patient include (but not limited to): CPR (92950) (while being performed) Endotracheal intubation (31500)
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPT code 92950, is not included in critical care. Regarding infusions/injections during the CPR event, according to the past and current Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) Manual, the following instruction states that injections and infusions are included in CPR services.
And, no physician can bill both an ED visit and critical care on the same calendar day. From the manual: Hospital emergency department services are not payable for the same calendar date as critical care services when provided by the same physician to the same patient.
Critical care is defined as the direct delivery by a physician(s) medical care for a critically ill or critically injured patient. A critical illness or injury acutely impairs one or more vital organ systems such that there is a high probability of imminent or life-threatening deterioration in the patient's condition.
