overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Do tile installers need to be licensed?
As a tile installer, you must be experienced in installing a variety of tiles and have a good knowledge base regarding floor preparation and installation. In any U.S. state, you will need to obtain a license for the tile business. Obtain the necessary business licenses and permits from your state.
How do you become a licensed tile contractor?
4 years of experience. Social Security number or ITIN. Be at least 18 years old*
Do you need a license to install tile in Florida?
In order to perform professional tile work in Florida, you do not have to have a license. In Florida, you can get a local license that allows you to do tile work in a specific city or county, or you can get a certified license that allows you to work anywhere in the state of Florida.
What is a Certified Tile Installer?
The Certified Tile Installer (CTI) program is a comprehensive testing of the skills and knowledge of experienced tile installers which includes a multiple-choice exam and a hands-on test. Both are based on current industry standards and best practices for producing a sound installation that exhibits good workmanship.
What states do not require a general contractor's license?
State Licenses Florida, Louisiana, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wyoming don't require a specific state license for contractors.
How do I become a tile installer?
Some flooring installers and tile and marble setters learn their trade through a 2- to 4-year apprenticeship. For each year of the program, apprentices must complete at least 144 hours of related technical training and 2,000 hours of paid on-the-job training. Some of these programs now include online training.
What degree do you need to become a tile setter?
There are no specific education requirements for someone to become a flooring installer or tile and marble setter. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for those entering an apprenticeship program.
When tiling where do you start?
Start by measuring the floor, then snap a chalk line down the middle of the floor's longest dimension (Image 1). Mark a second line across the middle of the floor's shortest dimension (Image 2). By dividing the room into quadrants, you can begin tiling from the center point using your lines as a guide.
