Mix Watermark Form: edit PDFs from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a widely used file format used for business forms because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it will appear same.

The next primary reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any personal data in them from person to person. Besides password protection features, some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who opened or filled out the document without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows you to create, modify, sign, and send PDF using just one browser window. This tool is integrated with major Arms to edit and sign documents from Google Docs and Office 365. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with others to fill out the document. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.

The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

Traditionally, a watermark was made by impressing a water-coated metal stamp or dandy roll onto the paper during manufacturing. If these lines are distinct and parallel, and/or there is a watermark, then the paper is termed laid paper.

A watermark is a faded background image that displays behind the text in a document. You can use them to indicate a document's state (confidential, draft, etc.), add a subtle company logo, or even for a bit of artistic flair.
When you hold a hundred dollar bill up to the light, you can see its watermark. The term watermark comes from the way these designs are created, during the “wet paper” stage of making paper, and also from the fact that a watermark resembles a damp spot.
The origin of the water part of a watermark: At that time the watermark was created by changing the thickness of the paper and thereby creating a shadow/lightness in the watermarked paper. This was done while the paper was still wet/watery and therefore the mark created by this process is called a watermark.
A watermark is a logo, text, or pattern that is intentionally superimposed onto another image. Its purpose is to make it more difficult for the original image to be copied or used without permission. Pictured at right is an example of a watermark applied to a digital image.
A watermark is a message (usually a logo, stamp, or signature) superimposed onto an image, with a great deal of transparency. So, it's still possible to visualize its presence without interrupting or preventing vision of the image that it protects.
