I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Based on this integrity and caring service I will use this program if needed in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

Easy and time saving
I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.

This is a lifesaver
This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great!
The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I create a watermark?
Click on Page Layout tab (Word 2010) or the Design tab (Word 2013) In the ribbon, click on Watermark. A vertical scroll list of six watermarks will appear with a set of menu options below. From the menu options, select Custom Watermark.
