It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

I absolutely LOVE this program. However, I hate the pop-ups with the NEXT button. This isn't a feature that I need, and is very annoying. Please add an option to turn off this feature.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be .
