I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

I've just been persuing the many option PDF Fill offers regarding editing pdf documents and everything is clearly labeled, explained, and easy to use. Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.
