I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing. Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features. Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily I like that I can email documents or email them from the application I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new. I can't think of any downside to the product

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
