I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

Essential software Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on. Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

There are basically two different types of bullets and numbering that you can use in your documents: Single Level Bullets — Also known as Simple Bullets and Simple Numbering. When you just want to add a single level of bullets or numbering, and you don't really care what they look like.
A bulleted list or bullet list is a list of items preceded with bullets instead of numbers or other objects. Below is an example of such a list. Item one. Item two.
Bullet points help to make what you're saying more clear. They break up blocks of text into tidy chunks, so the reader can take in what you're saying. They present lists in a clear format, so people can see it's a list. Furthermore, they emphasize points you want to emphasize.
Emphasise the beginning of the bullet point, as in this list, when the first few words capture the main idea. ... Make bullet points consistent in structure. ... Punctuate bullets consistently. ... Avoid ending bullet points with semicolons.
There are two types of common lists you can create in Word: bulleted lists and numbered lists.
The Microsoft Word keyboard shortcut key to create a bullet is Ctrl+Shift+L. Position the cursor where you want to insert the bullet list. On the Home tab in the Ribbon, click the bullet list button, as shown at the top of the page.
Position the cursor where you want to insert the bullet list. On the Home tab in the Ribbon, click the bullet list button, as shown at the top of the page. If successful, you should have a bullet.
Enter a line of text that you want to be your first bullet, make sure you are in the “Home” tab and then click on the “Bullets” icon. A bullet point will appear at the start of the line. Now, when we press return to go to the next line a bullet point will automatically appear at the start of the line.
Create a bulleted or numbered list. When you type 1, a period, a space, and some text, then press Enter, Word automatically starts a numbered list for you. Type * and a space before your text, and Word makes a bulleted list. When you're done with the list, press Enter until the bullets or numbering switches off.
