I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
Click the Edit button located on the left-hand side of the ribbon. Click into the text, and position the cursor where you want to insert or edit text. Highlighting text with your mouse reveals the floating toolbar that allows you to change the font, case, color, and size of the text.
Changing Typeface or Text Size Select the specific text you want to format. Locate the font and text formatting section of the Editing bar. The font and text formatting section will reflect the current typeface, size, and style of the selected text. Select new properties for the selected text.
Click on the Forms tab, and in the Fields group, do one of the following: Click the field type that corresponds to the field you want to edit—for example, if you want to edit a text field, click the Text Field tool. Click Select Fields. Double-click the field to begin editing it.
Launch Nitro Pro and open the document you would like to sign. 2. Select from the File|Menu, then select from the Signatures section of the ribbon, then select your signature profile. If you don't already have a signature profile, create one by selecting Create New Signature profile.
How To Sign Documents with Nitro PDF Pro Open your document in Nitro PDF Pro. On the main Home tab choose the QuickSign option and select Create New Signature. Choose from one of the four secure signing methods: Click Ok, navigate to the section where you want to place your signature and left click.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
