Can you change the Created date on a PDF?
The only way to change the creation date of your PDF file to a date other than the current date is to set your computer clock to the desired date before removing the file properties.
How can I change the Created date of a file?
Change the created date by clicking on the system clock, selecting “Open Date & Time Preferences” and inputting new data in the time and date fields. Make sure to uncheck the option to “Set Date and Time Automatically.” Once you change the clock, open the file and select the “File” menu.

Editing Files You can change the file's date and time as well as any file attributes by pressing F6 to bring up the options window. You can edit the details down to the second, and you can adjust the file times by adding or subtracting time.
