This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I needed a straightforward way to file an extra tax form, and PDF Filler helped me out! Much easier than finding the form on the IRS website (somehow impossible?) and hoping for the best.

Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful.
I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
