Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.

Sorry,Formula fields type cannot be changed to anything else. You will need to create a new custom text field to use instead.
How do you edit a formula field?
Open Field Explorer (click on icon with dashes in the upper toolbar)...To edit on the report: Right-click the formula field on the report. Select Edit Formula. Make the desired changes to the formula. Click Save & Close.

No, its not possible. Formula fields are a read-only fields that cannot be converted to any other data type. Likewise, you cannot convert any other field type into a formula field.
