I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Verry helpful! Things I would change would be to add a paint can where you can color in an entire section. The only other problem i have encountered which may be my own doing is when i edit something and save it and then attach it in an email it looks blurry no matter what i try. Overall the website is great!

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I am a ******* Home Inspector and love PDFiller. I can do everything on my IPhone. I had a problem at first and had an online chat with ***, helped me fix a problem on a 4 point inspection and had it corrected in 15 mins. Once you learn your way around PDFiller it can save you lots of time.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!
