Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. Our company is using PDFfiller for legal forms we need to file a Mechanic's Lien and have been able to do this by ourself without the aid of an attorney which is quite a savings. The forms are accurate and legally binding.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.

Certainly recommend
Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

To Modify List Contract in Box and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose Box. You can upload a PDF, DOC, PPT, TEXT, or JPEG file.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to Box
Select the documents you want to upload to pdfFiller and click Upload Selected.
Your documents are now imported into pdfFiller. You can find them in the Documents folder.
