I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

The service was great and really… The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

Step 1: Select the document. Go to Documents. Step 2: Pull the Document Back. Select Actions ⇒ Edit document. Step 3-A: Make Edits. At this point you can make the necessary edits to your document. Step 3-B: Resend Document. Step 3-C: Delete Document.

Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them.
Note: Open a template, document, content library item, or form and add a date field. Select the field, then select Properties on the floating panel. Select Signing date from the “Autofill with" dropdown, then send the document.
Change account owner's role Go to Settings > Billing. Select Admin panel at the top left corner > Users. Next, select the account owner. On the right, select the workspace where you'd like to modify the account role. Select the role you need and hit Save.

Make a field required We recommend keeping it required - your client won't be able to complete the document without putting their signature in. Click on a field, select Properties on the floating panel, and select/unselect "Required".
