With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
