Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM WHEN TRYING IN FORMS THAT YOU IMPORT YOURSELF. IF YOU TRY TO MAKE A CHANGE FROM ONE SECTION TO NEXT IT AUTO FILLS ON ITS OWN AND I HAVE NOT FOUND A SOLUTIONS FOR IT

Do action buttons work in PDF?
You can distribute (i.e., copy) your buttons across all the pages in your PDF or across a specific page range. These steps will work for any action buttons in your PDF, not just navigation buttons. Skip to step 3 if your Rich Media toolbar is already open. Select the Tools tab (see figure 1).
