Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
There are 3 ways you can make fields required: Field Level. Page Layout. Validation Rules.
Just need to go to Schema Builder and select the object. The list of fields can be scrolled through. The Required fields have a red mark on them. For example, 'Account Name' and 'Account Owner' as seen below.
You can check the required fields of any object via Schema Builder, the Page-layout of that object, and the apex class. It will help you while writing the trigger on any object. In schema builder check the checkbox which is before the object name .
Click on the Forms tab, and in the Fields group, do one of the following: Click the field type that corresponds to the field you want to edit—for example, if you want to edit a text field, click the Text Field tool. Click Select Fields. Double-click the field to begin editing it.
Click on the gear icon then Setup > Object Manager. Choose the object > Fields & Relationships. Select the custom field that you will make required. Click on Edit and under General Options select Required. Click on Save.
How to know the required fields on object while writing trigger In schema builder check the checkbox which is before the object name . Whole fields will show, and the fields having red verticle lines before them are required fields.
