How do clients sign contracts electronically?
Register for a free trial at DocuSign, and then log in.

Can you electronically sign an i9?
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services provides that employers can implement electronic signatures on the Form I-9: The electronic Form I-9, which includes any electronic signature function an employer implements, and the system used to generate and store it must comply with regulations found at 8 CFR 274a.
Can you electronically sign I 9?
You may retain Form I-9 using either a paper or electronic system, or a combination of both. If you complete a paper Form I-9, you may scan and upload the original signed form, correction or update, and retain it electronically.
Can an I 9 form be signed electronically?
Both the new hire and the employee portions of the I9 can be signed electronically. That electronic signature is valid for the state and federal forms as well as many other documents.

Can notary sign I 9?
As of 2018, there is no certificate wording included in the I-9 form, nor is a Notary asked to affix his or her seal to the form, so the answer is no. The authorized representative does not perform a notarization or affix a Notary seal to the I-9, since they are not acting as an official Notary Public.
