I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. However, I am more than pleased to say that PDF filler provides both an outstanding product and platform as well as stellar customer support. I am very happy to have found them and to engage them in my business activities.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

They have a good product but I'm not in…
They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.
