The only thing that concerns me was I didn't realize I had to pay for this until I had finished filling out a complex form. How did i miss that information at the beginning?

I love that I am able to correct and hold prior to sending out my file for signature. I wish I could however have a authorization statement from the Calyx Point file to use more of there forms.

I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently
