How do I change my availability in Outlook?
Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Click on the availability drop down menu below your name. Select your current availability.

Click the File tab in Outlook, and then click the Turn off button in the Automatic Replies panel.
How do I hide availability in Outlook?
Click the calendar icon in the navigation pane. Select the calendar you want to hide. On the Home tab, in the Share group, click Calendar Permissions. Click the Permissions tab and select Default. In the Permissions section set the permission for Read to None. Click OK to save your changes.
How do I show availability in Outlook?
Open up your email in outlook mobile. Compose a new email or reply to an existing email. Tap the calendar icon when composing a new email or replying to an email. Tap Send Availability The calendar view is now opened. Select meeting times that work for you. Tap on done.
