Move Chart Certificate: easy document editing

The PDF is a widely used file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. PDFs will appear the same, whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next point is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data. Using online solutions to keep documents, it's possible to track a view history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send your PDFs using one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make it a singable document. Work with the finished document yourself or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Ask your recipient to complete the fields and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

Click the “Series Options” tab on the Format Data Series window. Click the up and down arrows in the “Overlap” field to move the data series within each category on the y-axis closer to one another. The higher the number listed in the field, the closer together the bars move to one another.
Using the mouse, point to the shape you want to move and click on it. Excel places small squares or circles called handles around the shape. Using the mouse, point to the object. The mouse pointer should turn into a four-headed arrow. Click and hold down the mouse button. Release the mouse button.
Open the Excel worksheet containing the data for your first chart. Select the data series, click the “Insert” tab, and then choose the type of chart you want to use from the Charts group. Click on the resulting chart to select it. Click the “Design” tab and then click the “Select Data” button.
