It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

Billing, invoices and subscription Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

Great Customer Service I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

What do you like best? I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike? I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Great Product Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

In Invoice settings, find the theme you want to edit. Click Options, then select Edit. Make the changes you want and click Save.
Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins. Go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template. Click Done when finished.
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
Go to Sales at the left pane. Select Invoices. Select the invoice you wanted to edit. Click the drop-down arrow under Action. Select View/Edit. Make the necessary edits in the Invoice page.
On the main dashboard from the left menu bar, click on Sales. From the sales window, select the invoice options and choose new invoice from the drop-down list. Click on customize and choose edit current tab. Then proceed to click on content and then edit again in the window.
Log in to your QuickBooks and from the top of the page, click on the gear icon. ... From the left menu, choose a company and click on the “edit” or pencil icon to change or update your company's information.
In the Business menu, select Invoices. Click Import. Click Browse and select your saved CSV file. (Optional) If you've entered contact emails and addresses that you want to change when you import this file, select Yes, update contacts with imported address details.
Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Click New Branding Theme. Enter a name to help identify the theme. Adjust the other options as needed, such as page margins, font, etc. You can also enter your contact details and invoice or quote terms. Click Save.
Import your client's invoices Click Import Invoices. Click Select CSV File to Upload, then find and select the import file on your computer, then click Start Conversion. Select the type of import, then click Next Step. Select the status you want the invoices imported as, then click Next Step.
