This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

Does what I need, completing the use of PDF government forms that are professional and easier to complete, greatly aiding in their correct processing.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

Great service, had a problem with some money beikg taken from me which shouldn't have been, either it was my fault or theirs idk doesnt matter. What matters i the support was quick to give it back. Such service isnt seen very much around

How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Can you rescind a notice to vacate?
Comply and Vacate If there's nothing the landlord can or will do to rescind the notice, you have no choice but to comply. If you willingly vacate the property at or before your notice date, leave it undamaged and clean, so you can get your full security deposit refunded.
Can you renege on a 30-day notice?
A move-out notice may look innocent, but it is a legally binding document. Once you deliver the notice to the landlord, both you and the landlord are bound by it. You cannot rip the notice up or withdraw it, even if you change your mind.
Can you withdraw a 60-day notice?
Once the landlord serves a 30 or 60 day notice of termination on the tenant, normally the landlord cannot withdraw this notice. However, the notice may be withdrawn by implication if the landlord decides to accept rent that covers a period AFTER the 30/60 day notice expires.
