I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

Just what I have been looking for
Just what I have been looking for. Very easy to operate once you get the swing of it. Typing over erasures may be a bit tricky, but you have to insert text in a blank space and then you will be abe to move your text over the erasure without any difficulty.

I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.
