User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

I had a free trial with pdfFiller and while the product didn't fit all of my needs the support was very responsive and helpful. It was a good experience all around.

It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.
