I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

A good rule of thumb is to use the Items tab when it's for a customer job/project. When you use the Items tab, you can then select the appropriate Item from your Items List. So for those of you who work with projects or jobs, take a look at your Job Profitability Detail Report and see if you have any No item.

Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales. Open the invoice or estimate you need to copy. Select More, then select Copy.
To copy and paste list data from Excel into QuickBooks Pro, select Lists| Add/Edit Multiple List Entries from the Menu Bar. Then use the List drop-down at the top of this window to select the list into which to copy data from your Excel worksheet.
For example, clicking the Lists command in the Menu Bar shows the keyboard shortcut for the Chart of Accounts command as being Ctrl+A on the keyboard. To then use this keyboard shortcut, click away from the Menu Bar drop-down menu to retract it.
