After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

I could not believe the ease in…
I could not believe the ease in completing my document.
The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
