Can you move a watermark in Word?

Now you can drag the watermark to change its position on the page, and you can edit it based on what kind of watermark it is. If it's a text watermark, you'll have the Word Art Tools tab available, and if it's a picture, you'll see the Picture Tools tab when the watermark is selected.

How many pixels should a watermark be?

FYI: Watermarks won't appear on photos less than 800 pixels on the longest side. The default proof watermark will apply to the Large display size and photos larger than 801 pixels on the longest side. Custom watermarks can be set to apply to any size down to the Thumb display size.
