Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I really have needed a tool like this to turn a number of internal business documents into fillable forms. Do not want to have to buy a typewriter to do the tasks PDF filler can do so easily. Without any training I have been able to do the basic functions just fine. I would be interested in furthering my skills be learning how to do more sophisticated editing or creation.

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.

The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents.
The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.
