Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I sent this out to many of my friends we all need a choice to fax and complete forms ASAP

PDFfiller is excellent
I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.

This is the best PDF program Ive used
This is the best PDF program Ive used. Ive long wanted something to compete with Adobe and this is it. I love the ease of using all features, especially the editing/adding text option. This program is top tier! As a healthcare provider who has to often complete forms for patients, this program exceeds my expectations.

I like that I can bring in any fillable…
I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

Just like last year!
I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator.
