Very helpful in wrestling with PDF documents. The software allows moving around the type and signing, which is nice.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.

How do you Notarize an application on a Mac?
To notarize your app using this workflow, do the following: Open your Xcode project. Create an archive of your app. Open Xcode's Organizer window. In the Archives tab, select the archive you created. Click Distribute App to view the distribution options. Choose Developer ID for your method of distribution. Click Next.
How do I know if my Mac app is notarized?
You can check if a macOS application is notarized by using the spctl command-line utility. spctl evaluates if the system allows execution, installation, and other operations on files. The first example is an app that is not notarized. spctl shows the status as rejected and the source indicates Unnotarized Developer ID.
