I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I originally downloaded Adobe Flash Player thinking I could make my own PDS I was wrong it was I'm no help. Just by doing a simple internet search. I came across your website it's amazing. It does everything I needed to do and more so happy I found it! I'm a landlord and now I can send applications online and fill out leases online so convenient.

Very Fast and Efficient!

What do you like best?
The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program.
What do you dislike?
The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.

Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

What is the difference between a deed and a note?
A note, usually known as a promissory note, which is a written promise to repay a loan. Whereas, a trust deed is a document used to protect paying back of a loan that is being documented as a lien counter to the borrowers real estate.
What is the difference between being on the deed and the mortgage?
Deeds and mortgages are both physical legal documents. A mortgage is a legal arrangement in which a property owner gives someone else his property to hold as security until he pays off a debt. A deed acts as the legal evidence of any sort of property transfer from one party to another.
What is the difference between the mortgage and the deed?
A mortgage involves two parties: a mortgagor versus a mortgagee. The mortgagor is the borrower, and the mortgagee is the lender. A deed of trust has three parties: a borrower, a lender and a trustee. In most states, a title company acts as the trustee.
Can you be on the deed and not the mortgage?
It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances.
