So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

Easy way to fill in forms online Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests. This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

Gets the job done! Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.

If you were appointed as guardian by a court, you can simply provide a copy of the order or the letter of guardianship that was signed by the judge as proof. If you were appointed as guardian by the parents of a child, and it was executed by an affidavit of guardianship, the affidavit itself is enough proof.
The document should be a statement opening with the name, phone number, city, state and zip code of the parent(s) with legal custodial authority. Then fill in the name of the children and their birthdates. Next, you should list the party to whom legal guardianship will be handed off to.
Temporary guardianship refers to one or both parents legally agreeing to turn over custody of a child, for a specified period of time, to another adult. While the prospective guardian does not have to be blood-related, he/she does have to be close to the child.
Print a temporary guardianship form. Fill it out completely. Have the temporary guardianship form notarized. This essential step assures anyone receiving the form (such as medical personnel) that it is indeed your signature on the form.
Only a parent of a child can automatically become that child's guardian. An adult who is not a child's parent, but with whom the child has lived with for at least six months can make an application to the court to be declared a guardian of a child.
