I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. PDFfiller is a feature rich document processing program. I had no idea what could be done by this program alone but I have been amazed. I did run into a glitch recently which was an internal error on their part and their support was tremendous in quickly fixing the issue and getting me back in business. The support is also very fast in responding to any questions I have had. I could not ask for more.

How can you start a bulleted list?
To start a numbered list, type 1, a period (.), a space, and some text. Then press Enter. Word will automatically start a numbered list for you. Type* and a space before your text, and Word will make a bulleted list.
Can you start a bullet point with a number?
5) Use bullet points or other forms instead of sentences when possible: Bullet points are an automatic signal to the reader that you're chunking information into different units. That makes it okay to put a number right after the bullet point itself.
Can you use a bullet point for one item?
Bullets are used to make a list easier for the reader to follow. If you have only one point to make, keep it in the same paragraph as the introductory sentence, either as a separate sentence on its own or in the same sentence after a colon.
