With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. easy, well organized, love the signature options especially. Ability to share and distribute is a fine function. I live in Germany and did my girlfriends USA taxes all electronically and send to her to sign and submit.

some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

How do I save a Word document as a PDF with comments?
Navigate to where you want the comment to appear. Click Insert Comment. Type the comment and then click outside the comment bubble to save. Now click File then the PDF export button on the toolbar.
How do I download a Word document with comments?
Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesn't show immediately, go to Review > Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Click File > Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Click Print. Your document will print with comments.
How do I save a PDF with markups?
Open the PDF file in Blue beam Rev. Click Document > Flatten. Select the desired options and click the Flatten button. Click Save As to save the file to a new name or click Save to the existing file.
How do you lock comments on a PDF?
You may try this. Once you are done commenting a file, you may use locked option under properties of those comments. To do that go to comments pane right-click on the comment> Properties > Appearance and choose locked.
