Quick and easy editing features. Not sure how to utilized the signing of documents feature, but will figure it out. I also would like to delete old docs no longer needed. An online class for the software use would be appreciated.

The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

Service was easy to sign up for and use. There were clear menu bars showing the tools and how to use them to edit my PDF files. Would recommend to others, would keep the service if I didn't already have the full paid version of Adobe PDF I only needed this one time on a computer other than my own or would have continued my subscription.

What is the effective date of a deed?
Finally, an ordinary written contract is effective as soon as it is signed (unless its terms state otherwise), but a deed must be both signed and delivered. It is at the point of delivery that the deed becomes binding and effective.

The date the deed is signed is the “legal” date, i.e. the date of transfer of the property interest.

Most deeds start with the date. Many people just date the deed the day that it is signed. However, the date on the deed should be the date of transfer of ownership, which is not necessarily the day it is signed.
