Good except I have trouble figuring out how to pull up forms and save them with a different name after filling them with new information so I can save them all.

I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). This is an excellent way to file claims. I print through the mobile app because it is so convenient. I am getting good results with claim processing. This is a good tool for my office.

I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Makes PDF files easy to manage!
It makes it easy for our employees to attain and manage pdf files on the go. It saves every time and is easily accessible.
There are times when it takes a few times to bring up the document. This may just be an internet issue on my end.
