I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

Write a follow-up email directly to the hiring manager Use a clear subject line, for example: Following up on a job application for [position title]. Be polite and humble in the body of your message. Say you're still interested and reiterate why you're the perfect fit. Keep the resume follow-up email short.
Before signing your name or adding an email signature, end the email respectfully, such as Yours faithfully or Sincerely. When you are writing to a recruiter or your potential employer for the first time, avoid phrases like Best wishes or Regards.
How to Close a Job Application Email Properly. After expressing your intent to learn more about the job, conclude by thanking the reader for their time, and end with a 'Best Regards' or 'Yours Sincerely. ' Make sure you also add a professional electronic signature.
Make sure to offer thanks for their time and consideration, and choose a professional closing salutation such as, Sincerely, Best regards, or Thank you for your consideration. Avoid overly familiar phrases like, Yours, Cheers or Take care.
Sincerely. Sincerely yours. Regards. Best. Best regards. With best regards. Kind regards. Yours truly.
Sincerely, Regards, Yours truly, and Yours sincerely — These are the simplest and most useful letter closings to use in a formal business setting. Best regards, Cordially, and Yours respectfully — These letter closings fill the need for something slightly more personal.
End your cover letter on a high note. Show that you feel enthusiastic about the position, too. Offer value to the manager in your cover letter ending. Use “P.S.” to draw attention to your cover letter closing. There's nothing wrong with “Sincerely” as a cover letter closing salutation.
'Sincerely' (US) and 'Yours sincerely' (UK) are the most common greetings if you know the person's name. If you do not, however, and have used the salutation, 'Dear Sir or Madam', then 'Yours faithfully' is the preferred ending salutation.
