The stars did not appear on this survey, so nothing is marked; however, this was and still is a great service, and is very much needed as it is a very helpful tool in filling out forms that do allow computer input. :-)

I was gonna select only 4 stars since I was having difficulty getting the app to do all that it claims, but since customer service was so great I had to add the additional star.

Go to the home screen. Long-press empty space. Choose the Widget option. Select the Cologne widget in the list of widgets. Choose the note you want to make into a sticky note.
To change these settings, go to Settings > Notes, tap Access Notes from the Lock Screen, and choose an option. Tap the Lock Screen with your Apple Pencil and create your note. Whatever you create is automatically saved in Notes.
Tap the options button (three dots) at the top of the note list. Tap 'Sort by', then choose a sort setting.
Tap the Notes' app icon on the Home screen to open it. With the Notes List displayed, tap a note to open it. You can display the Notes List by either turning iPad to a landscape orientation or tapping the Notes button in portrait orientation. See the previous section for more on viewing the Notes List.
The Notes app lets you quickly write down your thoughts, draft out your memos, or store any text you want to keep around for any length of time. With it, you can easily create new notes, update or append existing notes, and delete old notes you no longer need. All with just a few taps and swipes.
The Notes app on your iPhone creates text notes that you can save or send through e-mail. To create a note, first tap the Notes icon on the Home screen, and then tap the + button in the top-right corner to start a new note. The virtual keyboard appears. Type the note.
Tap a note to open it. Tap on a line of text in the note to display the keyboard with a formatting menu that includes icons for grids, text formatting, checklists, and coloring. If you don't see the formatting menu, tap the plus sign that's located in the upper-right corner of the keyboard.
Login to iCloud.com and click on the Notes icon. Check if your disappeared notes are in the iCloud Notes folder. Now go back to your iPhone and tap on Settings > [your profile] > iCloud > Notes and toggle it on. Open the Notes app and all the iCloud notes should appear.
