I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

An image with a higher PPI tends to be of higher quality due to its greater pixel density. The individual pixels in a 300 PPI image are drastically smaller than in a 72 PPI image. Smaller pixels allow for a smoother blend of color and shape.
Your computer monitor shows images at a web resolution of 72 dpi (that's 72 dots per inch). A common photograph print resolution is 300 dpi (that's 300 dots per inch).
The difference between 300dpi and 72dpi is found in the amount of pixel information (or dots) for every square inch of the image you are viewing. The more dots/pixels the image contains, the sharper the image will print. Printing will look blurry if a 72dpi image is used as compared to using a 300dpi high-res image.
If your dpi is only 72 dpi, you'll need to change it. 72 dpi is generally fine for all things on digital monitors. But for printing you'll need 300 dpi. Changing dpi in Photoshop is easier than you could imagine.
72DPI stands for 72 dots per inch. Dots per inch is a measure of spatial printing or video resolution, in particular the number of individual dots or pixels within the span of one linear inch.
”Print: 300dpi is standard, sometimes 150 is acceptable but never lower, you may go higher for some situations.” This author shows an example of how 72 DPI and 300 DPI look when printed. And guess what, the 72 DPI image looks bigger.
PPI: Pixels per inch. Because it is a reproduction in real size of the images, it requires more DPI than require PPI for the same file. 300DPI for example, equals 118.11 PPI. For a good printing 300 DPI is standard, sometimes 150 is acceptable but never lower, you may go higher for some situations.
