It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Overall this software has made is easier to get paperwork to my clients and have the fill in and sign online.
This software is great for my business. I can easily send over pdf files and they can fill them our and sign all online. It is convenient and easy to use.
This software performs well and there is nothing negative to report. It is a great way for clients to file out paperwork and sent back to me when they are finished.

I could not believe the ease in completing my document.
The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.

LAPS Server Certificate Requirements. LAPS requires a properly formatted X. 509 certificate on all your Windows DC's. As an option, you can use LAPS for client authentication -- but doing so requires that you also install a client authentication certificate on each of your clients.

How do I update my LDAP certificate?
In the toolbar, click your name. Click Configuration Editor. Click LDAP > LDAP Directories > default > Connection. Under LDAP Certificates, click Import From Server. Click OK. In the toolbar, click Save changes.
How do I check my Laps certificate?
From another domain controller, firstly install our generated root certificate ca. Open utility: C:\\> ldp.exe. From Connection, select Connect. Enter name of target domain controller. Enter 636 as port number (this is the LDAP Sport). Click OK to confirm the connection works.
