What do you like best?
I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Easy to fill forms! This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless. Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. Highly recommend Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to… PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.
