Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

How do you transfer a title?
Check the mortgage. Get a copy of the property title. Fill out a property title transfer form. Submit the title transfer form. Pay the relevant fee. Wait for the processing of the form.
How do you transfer the title of a car?
Step 1: Complete a bill of sale. Step 2: Exchange funds. Step 3: Release any liens on the car title. Step 1: Obtain the car title from the seller. Step 2: Fill out the title transfer section on the title. Step 3: Submit the paperwork to the DMV.
Do you need a license to transfer title?
Yes, it is not a legal requirement to hold a driving license to have the ability to title a motor vehicle. However, holding a license is a requirement to have the ability to insure and register a motor vehicle.
Can I do a title transfer online?
You can transfer a vehicle title online through NeedTags.com in three easy steps, or you may choose to perform your title transfer in-person at a DMV office or local DMV service provider. A local provider will have very little or no wait time. A service fee will apply.
Do both parties have to be present to sign over a car title?
All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
Do both parties need to be present for a title transfer?
The procedures for transferring ownership are similar to buying or selling a car: the donor must include the odometer disclosure on the title, both parties must sign and date the title, and the recipient must go to the DMV and apply for a new title in his/her name and pay the transfer fee.
Can you transfer a car title without registering it?
It's rare, but it can happen. When you buy a vehicle from a private seller, you take the transferred title to your local DMV and register the car in your name. All the paperwork is taken care of for you if you buy from a dealer. Sometimes a private seller will sell his or her car, but the buyer won't ever register it.
Can you sign a title over to someone without a notary?
A vehicle title can be notarized by the owner, without having to identify a buyer. Both the buyer and seller sign the title or confirm in person at the notary that they did sign the title. Only the signature of the seller must be notarized.
