Fill it out!
Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

NOT QUITE FINISHED BUT I DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THETABS AND PROMPTS ON APPLICATION. FOR MY BIRTHDAY IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE YEAR I WAS BORN IT JUST KEPT DEFAULTING TO 2021. AND THE "TYPE "HERE" KEPT GETTING IN MY WAY AND I COULDNT SEE OR READ WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO TYPE, NO BIGGY I GOT AROUND IT. I DO REALLY LIKE PDF FILLER.

Can I use my UK mobile phone in the USA?
With a Pay As You Go SIM card from Three UK, you can use your smartphone in the US from just £10 for up to one month. This comes with inclusive data and inclusive calls back to the UK (including to other UK-based mobile numbers travelling abroad with you). Buying a new US-based SIM card on arrival.
Can I use my phone in the USA?
When you use your mobile phone while traveling to a different country it is called roaming. And your home phone company charges you roaming fees. So for example a Canadian customer of Rogers Wireless in Canada who travels to the USA will roam over to the AT&T network in the USA.
Can I use my EE phone in the USA?
All our plans now include EU roaming data. If you have a Max plan that started on or after 10 May 2017, you can use your allowance in over 50 countries, including North America, Australia and New Zealand (as well as the whole of the EU). None of our plans will charge you after you've used up your inclusive data.
Can I use my three phone in the USA?
For those UK travelers on the 3 Mobile Network. As from today, all calls, texts, and internet (i.e. data) from the USA is free with your allowance. So basically whatever you have at home, you can use anywhere in the US (and NYC of course) with no extra charge.
Is EE roaming free in the USA?
Yes, but only if you're on a top-end 4GEE Max deal. Previously those on 4GEE Max plans were able to visit some European countries without spending any extra, so EE is now giving you access to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand at no extra cost.
Will a US mobile phone work in the UK?
Well it means that your phone is able to operate on the cellular frequencies used in the UK. If your phone doesn't operate on the correct cellular frequencies used in the UK then it won't be technically compatible, and it won't work in the UK (this means no calls, no texts, no 4G LTE data).
Can you use an American phone in the UK?
In the UK, all mobile networks use GSM, so if you have a CDMA handset then you won't be able to connect it to a UK mobile network at all. In the USA, for example, Verizon & Sprint use CDMA whilst AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM. If you're not sure which system your carrier uses, you'll need to check with them to find out.
Do international version phones work in the UK?
In general: You can buy a phone from other countries as well, and it will work in UK. But be aware that: Due to the complex situation of network frequencies especially for LTE/4G, the same mobile phone is sold in several hardware configurations across the world, with the matching antennas needed for a given region.
