Click anywhere in your chart. Click the Chart Filters button. On the Values tab, check or uncheck the series or categories you want to show or hide. Click Apply. If you want to edit or rearrange the data in your series, click Select Data, and then follow steps 2-4 in the next section.
To filter data in one chart on Mac, we can directly select the category title in the table, and then click Home>Sort filter>Filter>filter data as your requirement. To learn more, see Change the data series in a chart. The button “Edit data in Excel” can be found when we select a chart in Word or PowerPoint for Mac.
Click Add Chart Element to modify details like the title, labels, and the legend. Click Quick Layout to choose from predefined sets of chart elements. Click one of the previews in the style gallery to change the layout or style. Click Switch Row/Column or Select Data to change the data view.
