Gmail Fax to Email It is as easy to send a fax via a Gmail account as it is to send an email. First, click on the Compose option in your email account. You simply enter the recipient's number and faxdomain.com, using the provided domain, as the fax number.
Click here to sign up to FAX. Open your Gmail account and click on the Compose button to start a new email. Enter the recipient's fax number followed by fax. Attach the document you wish to fax from Gmail.
Create a new email message in Gmail, either within the app or the browser-based interface, by clicking on or tapping the Compose button. Enter the recipient's fax number (including area code) in the To field, followed by the domain of your fax provider.
There is no direct way to fax from a fax machine to an email address. Faxing to an email address is something that can only be done if the receiving party has an online fax service or fax machine that can receive the incoming fax and convert it to an email.

From your email account, compose a new message. Enter faxNumber@domain. Fax.onjive.com in the To: field. Enter the virtual fax machine's access code in the Subject: field. Remove all text from the body of the email, including email signatures. Attach file(s) to the email. Click Send.
